Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once the return is approved and received, refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
