For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due to the delivery person at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated.

If a customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional delivery charges or delays may occur.

If a customer refuses or repeatedly fails to receive a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse future COD orders from that customer.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Courier companies may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their operational policies.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or otherwise fails to receive the order, the parcel may be returned to us.

Any further delivery or re-shipping may be subject to applicable delivery charges.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in the customer being restricted from using COD services in the future.
